At Innabi Law, our goal is to help entrepreneurs build a strong foundation on which to thrive, including business formation, business planning, contract drafting and review, intellectual property protection, and succession planning. Although I support all types of businesses, I do a considerable amount of work with franchisees, property managers, landlords, and new business owners. My team and I know how to succeed, and we can resolve most issues without going to court, although we will litigate when needed—and we usually win.

My approach to legal matters is simple; find the most practical and cost effective solution that will protect my clients and accomplish their goals. To do so, I participate as a member of my client’s team and I work with that team to get things done. I also work closely with a team of professionals who I can bring on at any time to help us work through difficult situations. This includes a team of CPAs, forensic accountants, financial planners, attorneys, and many other professionals.

Outside of the office, I have a soft spot for animal welfare. I have rescued several dogs that were scheduled for euthanization, providing the support they need until they are able to secure forever homes. I am an Arizona-native; I love traveling around the state and seeing new places. I also love to visit new and local businesses, including my client’s establishments.
